Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 29, 2013, at around 16:35, the Defendant, from the point of entry into the southwest-dong of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 156 Nancheon-dong to the southwest-dong of 299, the Defendant driven approximately 1.2km in the section of 1.2km from the point of entry into the southwest-dong of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
