A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 14, 2009, the Defendant has been in violation of Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act on two or more occasions, such as a fine of 700,000 won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Ulsan District Court on the same day, and a fine of 2 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the same court on April 13, 2011.
