Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 16, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Busan District Court's branch branch court. On April 13, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Busan District Court's Busan District Court's Busan District Court.

Although the Defendant had been punished for drunk driving twice or more, on September 19, 2014, at around 20:50, the Defendant driven a BFD car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.125% alcohol level from the front side of the plane captain market located in the city captain-gun Eup of Busan to the front side of the Dongbdo boiler located in the same Eup/Myeon.
