On August 3, 2016, at around 06:25, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at approximately 800 meters in front of the yellow real estate located in the first half of the same plane captain, from the Han new apartment located in the Busan-gun, Busan-gun, the captain of the vehicle at around 00 meters under the influence of alcohol level 0.124%.
