Punishment of the crime

1. Even though the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics, he had the intention to keep the psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related clocks (i.e., a single clickphone; hereinafter “clocks”).

On November 9, 2012, the Defendant issued an order to contact a phiphone sales book residing in China, concealed approximately 3.95g phiphones in Chinese large scopon in a book, and had the said sales book send it to the Republic of Korea using an aircraft of KS316 of the Aviation of the Incheon Inbound, the Defendant sent it to the Republic of Korea using an aircraft of 19:0 on November 9, 2012, by having the said phiphones arrive at the Incheon Open Port.

As above, the Defendant imported approximately 3.95 grams of philophones.

2. Co-defendant C's joint crime (copon medication);

A. On July 2012, the Defendant, together with Co-Defendant C, administered the apartment in the permanent city of China, one-time medication of phiphonephones on the gambling site, and administered the bottom thereof in a way of spreading the smoke from the stringing.

B. Around July 14, 2012, the Defendant, together with Co-Defendant C, administered D hotel in the Republic of China (hereinafter “Co-Defendant C”), in a manner of spreading back to the gambling place one philopon, and raising the bottom thereof.

Ultimately, the Defendant conspiredd with Co-Defendant C to administer phiphones over two occasions as above.
