1. The defendant shall pay 40,250,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from April 15, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant who runs a construction business and retired from office as an employee (on-site director) from August 1, 2012 to March 31, 2017, but did not receive 40,250,000 won in total, including the sum of the wages for September, October, 2016, November, and December, January 2017, January, February, February, 2017, February, February, February, and March, 2017, and retirement allowances of KRW 24,50,00 in total, and retirement allowances of KRW 15,750,00 in total.

B. If so, the defendant should pay to the plaintiff 40,250,000 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from April 15, 2017 to the date of full payment, in accordance with Article 37 of the Labor Standards Act.
