1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,205,377 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from April 15, 2015 to the date of complete payment.

A. The Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant established for landscaping business, etc. and retired from office from office from March 1, 2010 to March 31, 2015, but did not receive the total of 40,205,37 won, including the wages for June, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, and wages for January, 2015, and retirement allowances for March 2015.

B. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from April 15, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the 14th day after the retirement of the Plaintiff and the 14th day after the retirement of the Plaintiff.
