1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 48,519,042 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from July 15, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff provided labor under employment by the Defendant from May 7, 2015 to June 30, 2017, and retired from office. However, there is no dispute between the parties that the Plaintiff did not receive the total of KRW 39,00,000,000, total of other money and valuables during the same period from September 7, 2016 to June 2017, and KRW 1,000,000, retirement allowances, and KRW 8,519,042, the Defendant is liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 48,519,042, including wages, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act from July 15, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
