A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;

A. At around November 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 01:30, the “EM” operated by the victim D, who was in the Da at the time of literature-based around 01:30, and (b) the Defendant, despite having no intent or ability to pay the price to the victim even if he/she orders the victim’s alcohol, was engaged as if he/she would pay the price; and (c) ordered the victim’s alcohol, etc.; and (d) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount of the said amount after being provided by the victim

B. On November 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 00:01, around 00:01, within the “H” entertainment drinking house working for the victim G in the L-si F; and (b) on fact, the Defendant, despite having no intent or ability to pay the price to the victim even if he/she orders the victim’s drinking, was engaged as if he/she would pay the price; and (c) ordered the victim’s drinking, etc.; and (d) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount of the said amount after being provided by the victim

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Crimes of Domestic Violence by carrying dangerous articles on April 19, 2015 and did not implement a protective disposition on the ground that he/she did not comply with the protective disposition on the ground that he/she would have known the victims I andJ residing at the Daegu Family Court on August 17, 2015 and would not access within 100 meters from the said victims I andJ’s dwelling until December 31, 2015.

3. On November 7, 2015, the Defendant continued to commit violence: (a) around 00:50, at the house of the above victim I (82 years of age), J (74 years of age, n) and J (74 years of age, and (b) on the ground that he could not be able to sleeply due to diversing, the Defendant was able to look back the victim I by her hand on the floor of pushing the victim I by her hand; (b) on the ground that he was unable to do so.
