Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) destroyed property damage and theft on October 19, 2013; (b) cut off a victim’s driver’s license with one driver’s license, which was located on the side of Gwangju Northern-gu B apartment 11, on October 19, 2013; (c) discovered and prepared a DNA car owned by the victim C, which was parked there, in a crepan of glass windows and door crepans; and (d) destroyed the back glass window of an amount equivalent to KRW 150,00 in the market price by breaking it into a vehicle through a mod glass window; and (c) stolen it with one driver’s license from the victim’s driver’s license, which was on the side of the sunlight of the year in which the driver’s seat was located.
