A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the couple relationship with the defendant, and the victim C is the one living together with the defendant B.

1. Around 18:00 on January 15, 2018, the Defendant, who entered a residence, was at the home of the said victim located in Masan-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, and sought to visit the victim and B, but he thought that the victim did not open a door, and that he did not open a door to a part of the victim, and the Defendant went into a house with the glass window attached to the facility.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

The market price was 12,00,000 won of tobacco totaling 54,00 won, 1,000 won of the market price, 2,00,000 won of the market price, and 19,304,00 won of the market price, including 1,50,000 won of the living room.
