Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 23, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) caused the victim E (Nam, 38 years old) who operated the chip-XG car volume without obtaining a driver’s license, and received a three-distance intersection from the left side of the Defendant’s vehicle to the right side of the C Apartment at the seat of the D elementary school without any signal, etc. adjacent to the Defendant’s vehicle, and did not properly operate the front bank and the left side and the front side of the vehicle, and caused the victim to the left-hand side of the D elementary school at the time of his occupational negligence, which intruded the virtual leading line inside the intersection, and caused the victim to “an injury, such as salt and tension,” which requires a medical treatment for about two weeks at the left side of the Defendant’s vehicle.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) without obtaining a driver’s license, and driving the B franchise XG car in the above paragraph on the road located within about 24 kilometers from the G Building in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City at the same time to the point where the said port accident occurred in Busan Gangseo-gu to the point where the said port accident occurred.
