Punishment of the crime

On September 1, 2017, the defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of three million won at the Changwon District Court on September 1, 2017.

1. On June 22, 2019, the Defendant was driving a B-hand motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 200 meters alcohol level 0.237% without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the tin resident center located in the Jinhae-si, Changwon-si to the Jin Sea Office of Education located in the same Dong from the front of the Jinhae-si, Jinhae-si to the road after the Jinhae Office of Education in the same Dong.

2. At around 05:30 on June 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was anticipated to be punished by a police officer due to suspicion of drinking driving, etc. while driving a motor vehicle at the above B-hand drive on the road, following the Jindo Office of Education in the Jindo-gu Jindo-si, Jindo-si, Jindo-si, and then, (b) attempted to gather punishment by requesting the police officer C to make a false statement.

Around 08:00 on June 22, 2019, the Defendant requested C to make a statement to the effect that “A police officer would have driven a vehicle instead of the Defendant’s vehicle under the influence of alcohol by obtaining telephone calls from the Defendant on the date of crackdown,” and C accepted it.

After that, at around 16:36 on July 9, 2019, C appeared at the Changjin Sea Police Station located in 815 as the Jinwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and was called by the Defendant on June 22, 2019, at around 02:00, C driven the Defendant's low-speed car on behalf of the Defendant, after having been called by the Defendant and called by the Defendant on the front day of the Dong residents' center located in Changwon-gu, Changwon-si, Jin-si, who was under the influence of alcohol to the road.
