A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a BM5 car;

On July 14, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.289% of blood alcohol concentration on July 17:43, 2013, proceeded with the intersection of tin-dong construction distance in the Jinwon-si, Changwon-si, Jinwon-si, as the lux apartment protection area from the flow of cooling distance.

On March 8, 2010, the Defendant issued, at the Changwon District Court, a summary order of KRW 4 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on March 8, 2013, a summary order of KRW 2 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, at the same court on March 8, 2013, respectively.

The Defendant, without obtaining a temporary driver’s license as referred to in paragraph (1), driven the said car at a section of about 500 meters from the front day of the Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, to the same Yandong-dong Construction distance, while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.289%.

3. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the car without mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1.
