1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year;

The evidence Nos. 1 to 7, which was seized, is all from Defendant A.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall lend, keep, deliver or distribute cash cards and passwords used in the cash card which are access media in electronic financial transactions, user numbers registered in financial institutions, etc. by receiving, requesting or promising them to receive, request or promise them to do so.

1. On November 14, 2017, Defendant A may receive a maximum of 400,000 won per day from a person under whose name he/she had contacted through H with “high-import Ambam” on the advertisement and who was in contact with Defendant A, to pay 5% of the amount of illegal funds used in a foreign casino via a domestic account, and to receive and deliver the check card to be used in Ambam.

" Upon receipt of a proposal, around December 12, 2017, around 18:30, around 2017, around 18:20, around 18:30, from B in the vicinity of Gangnam-gu, Seoul, one copy of the I Bank Cze Card (J) in its name, as well as eight copies of the I Bank Card (1) in total, as shown in the Schedule of Crimes in the attached Table (1).

At around December 12, 2017, Defendant B, such as Defendant B, C, D, E, and F, around 18:30 on December 12, 2017, Defendant B received a fee of 400,000 won per day or 5% per day from a person who is not his/her name, and delivered and lent a physical card (J) connected to the I bank (K) account in his/her name to Defendant B, and each Defendants received KRW 400,000 per day from a person who is not his/her name as shown in the attached Table of Crimes List (2). Defendant A issued a physical card in his/her name to Defendant A, and delivered and kept it.
