1. Defendant B caused the termination of title trust on October 16, 2014 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

At the time when the Defendant B was a director of the Plaintiff Company, he purchased a vehicle listed in the separate sheet at his own expense and registered the vehicle in the name of the Plaintiff, and was fully responsible for all expenses, taxes, etc. for vehicle operation, and operated the said vehicle with the wife C.

However, since 2010, the Defendants failed to pay taxes, penalties, etc. of the said automobiles, and the Plaintiff Company paid 561,030 won in total, including taxes, etc.

Therefore, Defendant B is obligated to take over the transfer registration procedure for the above automobile on the ground of the termination of title trust from the Plaintiff, and the Defendants jointly and severally are liable to pay the Plaintiff the total amount of KRW 561,030,030 and the delay damages.
