1. The Defendant caused the termination of title trust on August 12, 2016 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

Comprehensively taking account of the entries in Gap evidence No. 1 and the purport of all pleadings, the plaintiff entered into a title trust agreement with the defendant to register a motor vehicle listed in the attached list with the defendant in the name of the plaintiff on July 2014 at the defendant's request. Accordingly, the defendant registered the motor vehicle listed in the attached list in the plaintiff's name on August 1, 2014, and the plaintiff requested the defendant several times to transfer the motor vehicle in the name of the defendant, but the defendant did not comply therewith, but the plaintiff terminated the title trust agreement with the defendant on delivery of the written complaint in this case, and the warden in this case reached the defendant on August 12, 2014.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to take over the transfer of ownership registration procedure from the plaintiff on August 12, 2016 on the motor vehicle listed in the annexed list for the transfer of ownership on the ground of the termination of title trust.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and accepted.
