Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall smoke or take in marijuana and marijuana seed coats or trade marijuana seed coats knowing the fact that he/she had knowledge of the smoking or taking-in, the Defendant treated the seeds of the hemp plant as follows:

1. On March 2013, 2013, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the “Cjuk’s store” located near Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, in a way of smoking in a way of smoking by attaching a flash with a flash with a flash with a flash.

2. On May 11, 2013, the Defendant settled approximately 116.96 knives of the hemp plant (Korean Won KRW 172,333) with the Defendant’s new card, by purchasing and taking in marijuana seeds, and accessing 10 via an overseas Internet site (E) for the purpose of sales of narcotics operated by the Spain.

Accordingly, at the center of the Spain (Spanish) around that time, the person whose name was omitted had 18 (18) seeds of the hemp plant from the Defendant, such as small air bags and semi-spiters, etc., and then deposited 18 (18) seeds of the hemp plant in a package of international registered mail (F: F) and sent them to G, Sero-gu, and Spanish Incheon Spanish Incheon Spane ELMFE (KL) 865.

On May 20, 2013, the above flights arrive at the Incheon State's port of supply located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, but around 14:10 of the same day, the seeds of the hemp, which were concealed in the international registered items as above by public officials belonging to the Incheon Airport Customs Office, were discovered, and the Defendant was not able to receive the hemp seeds carried in at the delivery place as above.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to purchase the hemp seeds for the purpose of taking them in, but did not bring about an attempted attempt.
