A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Narcotics Control Act shall cultivate plants used as raw materials for narcotics without obtaining approval from the Minister of Food and Drug Safety, or possess, possess, possess, control, export, import, give or receive, trade, or assist in the trade of, raw materials, seeds, or seedlings containing their component, or extract therefrom;

A. On March 2016, around March 2016, the Defendant cultivated 4 poppy expenses, which are plants used as raw materials for narcotics, in a vinyl house in front of the Defendant’s residence located in Gyeongnam Development Group B, around March 2016.

B. On May 2016, the Defendant: (a) carried a Habingman’s Habbbb on May 2016, 2016, mixed the Habing expenses cultivated as stated in the foregoing paragraph (a) with the Habman, and possessed the Habing expenses by keeping them in a glass bottle.

(c)

On March 2017, the Defendant cultivated 353 shares, which are plant raw materials for narcotics, in the greenhouses described in the above paragraph (a) around March 2017.

(d)

On May 18, 2017, the Defendant possessed the expenses for return in a manner of keeping the 60 share of the expenses for return to the warehouse, which was cultivated as above, in around May 18, 2017, and around 60 share of the expenses for return to the warehouse.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

(a) No person involved in the hemp plant seeds shall trade the hemp plant seeds or its seed coats or trade the hemp plant seeds or assist in the trade thereof, knowing the fact that he/she takes marijuana or its seed coats or intends to commit such an act;

1) Around March 2016, the Defendant traded the hemp seeds upon purchasing and selling the hemp seeds from a person whose name is not known for the purpose of taking the hemp seed coats together with the chickens at the front of the C market in Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, the Defendant purchased and traded the hemp seeds at KRW 15,00,000, from a person whose name is not known for the purpose of taking the hemp seed coats in his/her life.

2) On March 2016, the Defendant taken in marijuana seed coatss at the residence of the Defendant described in paragraph (a) of the foregoing Article around March 2016.
