Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 3, 2018, at around 11:00, the Defendant committed assault, such as spabing off, etc., in order to control and remove the street store by the Director of the Yongsan-gu Office of Yongsan-gu, who was found to have been illegally spaced in the street in front of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the crackdown and removal of the public official's store.
