Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 9, 2013, at around 23:40, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s desire to “I am at our house” to “I am at our house, I am at our house” to “I am at our house, I am at our house, I am at our house,” and am at our house, I am at the back of the victim’s house.”

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.
