Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 7, 2014, at around 23:55, the Defendant: (a) boarded the victim B at the back seat of the taxi for business use operated by the victim B prior to the exit No. 7 in Seocho-gu Seoul Yangdong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and (b) expressed the victim’s desire to leave the destination within the taxi running in the direction of Gangnam Station in the direction of Gangnam Station; and (c) provided the victim with the victim’s back head one time, and twice, on the ground that the victim was said to have become a U-turn, the Defendant assaulted the driver of the vehicle operating in the direction of the Gangnam Station.
