Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:20 on April 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) boarded the victim C (year 48) in the front of the KCC Apartment at Sinpo-dong, Sinpo-dong, Sinpo-si, and arrived at the post office at the first destination, but did not pay KRW 7,000, and did not pay KRW 3,000 to the first destination; (b) did not accurately provide a destination; (c) did not cause the victim to go to the police box; (d) took a bath for the victim; and (e) assaulted the driver of a motor vehicle in operation at least 3:4 times on the back head of the victim operating the taxi by a police box at his/her hand.
