A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is not a narcotics handler, is prohibited from trading, possessing, administering, etc. a chrophone, which is a local mental medicine (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), or from possessing, trading, etc. marijuana for the purpose of smoking or smoking.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. The Defendant recruited to purchase a penphone by bearing KRW 200,000 for each of C, D, and each of them. On July 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 500,00 in cash to F; and (b) purchased approximately KRW 0.5 g of philops contained in a one-time injection instrument and traded philops on the top of the J Hospital located before the K Hospital located in the G.I.D. Government.

On the same day as in the paragraph 23:20 day, in the case of the defendant's Mridge parked on the front of L in Yangju, approximately 0.05g of philophones were put in a single-use injection machine, dilution with water and administered philophones by means of injection into the arms bloodline.

E. On December 7, 2015, the Defendant was C around 23:40.

At the same place as the paragraph, F paid 50,000 won in cash to F, and purchased approximately 0.5g of philophones contained in a single-use injection instrument and traded philophones.

F. On December 8, 2015, the Defendant was C around 00:00.

At the same place as this paragraph, philophones are put about 0.05g B in a single-use injection instrument, dilution with water and injection with arms.
