A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant of "2018 Highest 1,604" 2018;

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.

2. “The Defendant is a person in a de facto marital relationship with the victim for about 24 years,” which is the victim of the 2018 High Order 2181.

The death will be discarded.

“In doing so, the victim threatened the victim who knife the main knife, which is a dangerous object, with his/her knife, after dancing the floor of the living room.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

On August 19, 2018, the Defendant of special intimidation around August 19, 2018: (a) around 09:00 on August 19, 2018; and (b) on the ground that the victim did not open the door, he/she would throw away from the crys.

“In doing so, the victim’s head is collected.”
