A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 1, 2010, the defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for the violation of the Road Traffic Act and the violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Changwon District Court's Jinju branch.

1. On July 24, 2013, at around 20:20, the Defendant driven a Crash truck with a blood alcohol content of about 1km from the front of the “Crash” restaurant located in the other side of Jinju-si, to the front road of the “Saland” store located in the same city (hereinafter referred to as “Saland”) around that time, while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.153% without a car driver’s license.

2. The Defendant, as stated in the above criminal power and Paragraph 1, had been in violation of Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act more than twice, but, on February 4, 2015, from the road front of the opposite public apartment in the opposite public apartment in Jin-si on the other side of Jin-si on the other side of Jin-si, to the lower end of the lower public apartment at the convenience store of approximately 100 meters from the 100-meter section without a car driver’s license, driven the above bit-line cargo under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.161% without a car driver’s license.

3. On April 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00 on April 23, 2015, on the roads near the new harbor located in Jinan-si, Jin-si to the roads in front of the Jin-si District Prosecutors’ Office located in the same Dong around that time; and (b) around 16:00 on the roads front of the Jin-si Office and around 10:00 on the same day, the Defendant driven the k-line cargo without a car driver’s license in the 10km section from the front of the Defendant’s office located in Jin-si, Jin-si, to the front road of the Defendant’s office located
