Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 23, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Changwon District Court's Jinju branch on October 23, 2013, and the said judgment was finalized on January 24, 2014.

1. Around 17:50 on July 27, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (free license) driving of B5 tons of freight vehicles from a section of about 1 km from the front side of the relative apartment in the front side of Jinju to the front road of the Seocho Park at the same time at the beginning of the same time without a driver’s license.

2. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B5 tons of cargo vehicles.

At around 17:50 on July 27, 2013, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle without a driver’s license, and led the front road of the Seocho-gu, Jin-si, Jin-nam, to the front indoor swimming pool from the lower side of the Haak apartment.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to drive safely while accurately operating the steering system, brakes, etc. of vehicles.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and neglected to do so, thereby leaving the center by leaving it wind on the top of the foregoing cargo vehicle, and putting the loaded goods to the right side, and received the street, etc. on the right side of the above cargo vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant caused an accident by negligence in the course of performing the above duties and destroyed the street lamps, etc. managed by the Jinju-si to take an amount equivalent to KRW 5,650,000, and failed to take necessary measures without leaving the above freight cars alone on the road.
