Punishment of the crime

An institution or organization that falls under a private group of individuals, such as a native folks society, relatives' society, alumni association, alpine society, etc., or fraternity group, etc., shall not carry out an election campaign under the name of such institution or organization or under the name of its representative, and shall not carry out an election campaign by transmitting text messages by means of automatic broadcast communications utilizing computers and technology for the use of computers.
