Defendants shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, only 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to change the use of a building approved by Defendant A shall obtain permission from a Special Self-Governing City Mayor, a Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu or report;

Nevertheless, without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, the defendant used the Michuhol-gu Incheon E building F as a residential business facility, which was approved for the second class neighborhood living facilities (general restaurants) from the second half of 2015, without permission from the competent authorities.

2. A person who intends to alter uses of a building approved for use by Defendant B shall obtain permission from a Metropolitan Autonomous City Mayor, a Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu or report thereon;

Nevertheless, without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, the defendant used the Michuhol-gu Incheon E building G as a residential business facility, which was approved for the second class neighborhood living facilities (general restaurants) from the second half of the 2015.

3. A person who intends to change the use of a building approved for use by Defendant C shall obtain permission from a Special Self-Governing City Mayor, a Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu or

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, used the building H of the Michuhol-gu Incheon E as a second class neighborhood living facility (general restaurant) from November 2015 to August 2018, and changed the purpose of use without permission by using it as a residential business facility.

4. A person who intends to alter uses of a building for which approval for use has been obtained shall obtain permission from a Special Self-Governing City Mayor, a Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu or

Nevertheless, without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, the Defendant from August 2014 to August 2018.
