A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding 1,00,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2012, the Defendant violated the Farmland Act and the National Land Planning and Utilization Act without obtaining permission from the competent administrative agency, and installed a 203m2, among the 321m2 in Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-gun, which is farmland outside the Agricultural Promotion Area, 1,212m2, among the 1,968m2 and 1,54m2, among the 1,212m2, among the 321m2 in Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-gun, which is farmland outside the Agricultural Promotion Area, and 964m2, among the 1,54m2, E, E, E, 1,078m2, among the 964m2,50m2, F field 2,503m2, G field 2,707m2, and 620m3m2, H field 764m2, and 780m2, and at the same time, installed a dedicated farmland development act.

2. On June 2012, the Defendant violated the Management of Mountainous Districts Act, without obtaining permission from the competent administrative agency, diverted mountainous districts to a total of 313 square meters, including 157 square meters, from among 13,501 square meters in Jan-gun, Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-do, a quasi-preserved mountainous district, and 18,545 square meters in K forest and 156 square meters in total, without permission, and converted mountainous districts to a manner that installs a camping site.

3. A person who intends to build a building with a total floor area of less than 200 square meters and less than three floors in an agricultural and forest area under the National Land Planning and Utilization Act in violation of the Building Act shall report to the competent authority, but on June 2012, the Defendant, without reporting to the competent authority, newly constructed three warehouses with a total floor area of less than 9 square meters and an office with an area of 53 square meters equivalent to 9 square meters in Seocho-gun L, Gyeonggi-gun and newly constructed one toilet with a total floor area of 113 square meters in Gyeonggi-gun M.

4. A person who intends to run a fishing place business on a private water surface in violation of the Inland Water Fisheries Act, but registered with a competent authority, the Defendant, without registering with the competent authority, did not register with the fishing place business, but run a fishing place business against the camping customers operated by the Defendant without permission from approximately 1,728 square meters in total, including Gyeonggi-si M and N, from June 2012 to October 2012.
