Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 01:50 on December 19, 2014 to around 02:10, the Defendant interfered with the business, at an entertainment drinking house, the victim E, the head of which was “E of YY C 1st underground level”, “YYYYYYYYYYEEEEE who is the head of YYYYE: (a)” took a bath in a large voice, “ISYYYEEEEEEEEE.” (b) he took a bath, she took fry, such as alcohol, etc. in a room No. 5 of the said business place, in his hand, she took a bath in front of the carter in which the victim and other customers are located, and obstructed the operation of an entertainment drinking house by force over approximately 20 minutes, such as throwing a coffee, which is in the main electronic body, depending on the table.

2. On December 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was arrested as a flagrant offender for the case described in paragraph (1) on December 19, 2014; and (b) was investigated by the Suwon-nam Police Station transfer box.

In this case, the Defendant, who was requested by the police officer who was affiliated with the above police box to peruse and sign and seal the arrest confirmation certificate, shall tear the certificate, and continued to take the water into custody at around 04:35 on the same day, and caused water purifiers to be destroyed and damaged to the outside by emitting the water purifiers in a way that they could not operate.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the use of goods by public offices, thereby harming their utility.

3. Around 04:30 on December 19, 2014 to 07:00, the Defendant insultd the victim by saying, “A victim G employed in the Suwonnam Police Station criminal investigation by four persons, including F, in the Suwonnam Police Station and in the office of the Suwonnam Police Station and the office of the Suwonnam Police Station, “A victim was sexually insulting, she was fluored by him/her, and she was fluored at night, and he/she was fluored by him/her at night, and she was fluored by him/her, and her was fluored by a strong fluor, and a strong fluor, she was fluored by a strong fluor, and was fluored by a strong fluor.”
