1. Defendant A. In the part against Defendant A of the judgment of the court of first instance, which exceeds the amount ordered to be paid below.
Reasons
1. On September 23, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with Defendant A (her husband of Defendant B) as the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
Defendant A received KRW 21,760,000 insurance money from the Plaintiff after being hospitalized in C Medical Center for 22 days until February 8, 2010, from that time to March 17, 2014, for 493 days in total, on the ground that he/she had been hospitalized in the C Medical Center over January 18, 2010.
