Purport of claim and appeal

1. Basic facts

A. On September 7, 2009, the Plaintiff concluded, respectively, insurance contracts listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1 with Defendant A, and insurance contracts listed in paragraph (3) of the attached Table No. 3 with the insured as Defendant B (the husband of Defendant A), insurance contracts listed in paragraph (2) of the attached Table No. 2 with the insured as Defendant A on September 8, 2009, and insurance contracts listed in paragraph (4) of the attached Table No. 4 with Defendant B with the insured on September 14, 2009 with the insured as Defendant B.

(hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant insurance contracts”) b.

Defendant A was hospitalized in C for 292 days from January 4, 2010 to May 27, 2013, on the ground that he/she was killed in salt accounts and tensions of the He/sheed bones while driving in Kim Jong on January 3, 2010, and was hospitalized in C for 15 days from January 4, 2010 to August 18, 2013 as indicated in attached Table 1, and was paid KRW 50,73,054 in total as insurance proceeds under each insurance contract listed in attached Tables 1 and 2 from the Plaintiff until September 10, 2013.
