D around March 201, G kindergarten established in the FF of Busan District and operated the above kindergarten from the above date to the above point of time, Defendant B is a oil string teacher, Defendant A is a high-transporting teacher, Defendant C is a small network driving teacher, Defendant C is a small network driving teacher, and H is an love teacher, respectively.
1. At around 11:13 on May 29, 2014, Defendant B: (a) placed a child victim I in the class of the said kindergarten, on the ground that the child victim I (the age of 4) does not easily listen to the horses; (b) laid down the body by hand; (c) knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee; (d) from the above date to June 13, 2014, the Defendant committed physical abuse that causes damage to the child’s body more than four times in total, and committed emotional abuse that causes harm to the mental health and development.
2. At around 12:21 on July 1, 2014, Defendant A: (a) placed the child victim J (year 4) in the instant kindergarten transport classroom and her capital reduction fess down; (b) kept the body of the victimized child J, stored the food boomed on the her table, stored the food boomed on the her table; and (c) continued eating the food remaining on the her table due to the lack of a breath; and (d) placed the food remaining on the her table in the burg with the food board in his/her hand, re-enter the food remaining on the burg with the food board; and (d) developed the physical abuse and emotional abuse of the child on two occasions from the above date to July 10: 18, 2014; and (e) developed the physical abuse and emotional abuse of the child on two occasions, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 2 (2).
3. On May 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the above kindergarten art room around 14:47, the Defendant designated a child victim K (year 4) who was taking after-school classes.
