1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the plaintiff corresponding to the money ordered to be paid below shall be revoked.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On July 31, 2001, the Plaintiff entered into the instant insurance contract with the Defendant on July 31, 2001, the main insurance period contract with the Defendant, and the special agreement entered into a non-dividend-type pure insurance contract with the Defendant up to 80 years of age (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). The main contents are as follows.
Insured or beneficiary of non-life insurance: Beneficiary of death insurance for the plaintiff: State contract for legal heir: 60,000 won of subscription amount: A special agreement for guaranteeing accident death for the amount of 25,000 won: 25,000 won of subscription amount;
B. Major terms and conditions of the instant insurance contract and the special terms and conditions
According to the judgment of the court below, (1) the insured dies or [Attachment A] disability grade table (hereinafter referred to as “ disability grade table”).
(2) In the case of disability of class 1 in the list of traffic accidents on board the vehicle, the amount of insurance coverage shall be KRW 100,000 per 10,000 won per 10,000 won per 20,000 won per 10,000 won per 10,000 won from the amount of insurance coverage in case of death or disability of class 1 in the list of disability classification for direct reasons, and ③ in case of disability of class 2 in the list of disability classification directly due to traffic accidents, the amount of insurance coverage shall be paid per 10 years per 10,000 won per 10,000 won per 10,000 won per 10,000 won per 10,000 won per 10,000 won per 10,000 won per 10,000 won per 10,000 won per 10,000 won per 10.
Article 9 (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) The Company shall be included in the Table of Disability Classification (See attached Table A; hereinafter referred to as the "Disability Classification Table") for a direct cause of a traffic accident prescribed in the Disaster Classification Table during the insurance period of the said special agreement.
