A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to three years and nine months in total to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thth thief) in the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court. On June 24, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, etc. in the first branch court located in the Chuncheon District Court. On February 9, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny, etc., and the execution of the last sentence was completed in the Port Court on October 13, 2017.

1. On April 9, 2018, between around 08:00 on the same day and around 11:30 on April 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the house of the victim D in Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of racing, through the main entrance, which was not corrected by means of thefting the object; (b) 50,000 won in cash owned by the victim; and (c) 10,000 won in traditional market gift certificates and 10,000 won in gift certificates.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

2. On April 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on April 20, 2018, entered the residence of the victim F, located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) around 09:56 around April 20, 2018; (c) on the part of the victim F, the Defendant came into the dwelling of the victim F; and (d) on the part of the head of the living room, etc., who did not correct his/her think of theft of the object, entered the dwelling room window, etc.; and (d) on the part of the head of the living room, the resident registration certificate, driver’s license, new card, agricultural credit card, and one bag containing KRW 1,260,000 in cash and three

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

3. On April 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on April 25, 2018, in the residence of the victim H located in G in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do around 11:5 on April 25, 2018; (b) on the part of the victim H, the Defendant entered into the entrance through the entrance door that was not corrected by thefting the object; (c) on the small hand room, the Defendant collected KRW 4,000 in cash owned by the victim; and (d) on the part of the bank located adjacent to the Ansan-gun, the Defendant collected KRW 960,000 in cash at the entrance.
