Punishment of the crime

Following the Internet portal site, the Defendant used the Internet portal site D D D, and the victim E (the age of 19) used the NAF, the victim G (the age of 24) used the NA and I respectively.

Although the Defendant asserts that this part is not an insulting expression, in full view of the evidence in the judgment, the expression “Ned” on the Internet, including “Kafin”, is not used as an original expression, but rather used as a negative meaning that excessively expresses himself/herself to the extent that he/she does not refuse to do so, or that it is used as a person who wants to display himself/herself to the extent that he/she does not do so, and thus, can be recognized as an insulting expression.

2. 피고인은 2013. 1. 19. 12:05경 같은 장소에서 카페 게시판에 접속하여 “솔직히 M가 지혼자 흙방에다가 글 남긴거 절대 아니잖아”라는 제목으로 “H랑 기타 외 친목하던 년들이랑 채팅하면서 엿 먹이려고 그런 글 쓴 거 딱 보이는데, 진짜 시발 년들이다. 상황 악화되서 운영자 사퇴하고 모카들이 운영자 존나 까주길 원했나보지 진짜 싸이크패스도 아니고, M, H, N, F, O이 제일 징그러워 무슨ㅋㅋㅋ F은 아예 제 목표 조공하면서 친목티를 다 내더만”이라는 내용을 게시하여 공연히 피해자들을 각 모욕하였다.
