The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The defendant and the victim B (the age of 65) are women.

On May 29, 2013, at around 08:20 on May 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 10th unit of D Hospital D Hospital C, which was located adjacent to the nurse room of D Hospital 10, the Defendant: (b) spathed the victim’s flab with the Defendant’s flab with the Defendant’s flab

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim who is a lineal ascendant.

However, the crime of this case cannot be prosecuted against the victim's express intent (Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act), and since a document containing the victim's expression of no punishment, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.

It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
