1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative director of E in charge of the livestock wastewater treatment and construction business in Ansan-si D, and F (Suspension of Prosecution on the same day) is the defendant's punishment who operates H farm in G.

With respect to livestock facility modernization projects promoted by the State and local governments to strengthen the competitiveness of livestock farmers in preparation for the Korea-U.S. FTA, the Defendant was selected as a recipient of subsidy support projects for livestock facility modernization projects that provide subsidies equivalent to 40% of the construction cost to livestock farmers who install livestock facilities subject to the payment of self-charged livestock farmers. The Defendant did not actually bear the F’s self-charge, while concluding a contract with F to eliminate the total construction cost as much as the construction cost of livestock excreta disposal facilities to proceed as the above subsidy until livestock excreta disposal facilities are not related to livestock excreta facility modernization projects and construction.

Accordingly, the Defendant, at around October 20, 201, performed the entire construction work including the livestock excreta treatment facility construction work in an amount of KRW 12,2530,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,00,00,00,00.

Accordingly, the defendant is F.
