1. The summary of the facts charged was registered and approved as representative E on March 2, 2005 by the Defendant. Around July 31, 2006, Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City F 1st floor G childcare center was registered and authorized as representative H, and around November 10, 2006, the Defendant registered the 1st floor J childcare center as representative K and operated these children’s house with H.
