Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Force】 On January 15, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the six-month period of imprisonment with prison labor due to the crime of signature forgery at the Seoul East Eastern District Court, and is currently in the grace period.

【Criminal Facts】

1. The Defendant who destroyed and damaged property is punished by a male-friendly job offering F and strife in front of the Seoul Western-gu E-ro around September 18, 2014.

The part of the driver's seat of the victim H, which was parked in the process of the Sinsib, was set off by lurging the part of the driver's seat of the I MT car owned by the victim, and damaged by lurging the front part of the glass.

2. On September 18, 2014, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) around 22:50 on September 18, 2014, at the K District Branch located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant used another person’s resident registration number by speaking “N,” a resident registration number of the Defendant-friendly M, who was requested to present his/her identification card to verify his/her personal information by L.

3. The Defendant forged a private document, or the uttering of a private document, at the time and place specified in paragraph (2), and at the place specified in paragraph (2), the document issued by L on the letter of confirmation to arrest a flagrant offender who was issued by the said KK, using an authorized pen, and entered the name of the said M in writing, and then issued a written confirmation to the above L who is aware of the forgery.

Accordingly, the defendant, without authority, forged a letter of arrest of a flagrant offender in M's name and exercised it for the purpose of exercising his authority.
