A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant operated the “G” in 301, etc. of the building in the Seogu-gu, Daegu-gu, and the “I” and the “SK TJJ” respectively.

IMFI is an international mobile phone identification number used for the purpose of the maintenance and management of a mobile phone, such as opening of a mobile phone or registering a theft cell room, and the domestic telecommunications company is only able to open one mobile phone with only one IMF, and the same IMF cannot open multiple mobile phones.

On the other hand, SK Telecom(ju) pays approximately KRW 10,400,000 to KRW 100,000 for each mobile phone opening, and KRW 100,000 for each agency, and the agent pays again a bounty prescribed in the lower sales store, and other communications companies also maintain the above communications policies, although there are differences between the requirements for payment of incentives and the degree thereof.

As above, the Defendant abused the fact that the opening of a mobile phone is managed by the IMO only, and the incentives are paid accordingly. ① The Defendant used the IMO program “NEWEL” and copied it into a mobile phone in Daegu, Port, Gu, Dong, Dong, Kimcheon, or “intersection,” which is a living information site for the border area, such as Daegu, Posi, Gu, Dong, Kimcheon, etc., in operating the said “G,” and used the advertisement “IEI program” or “intersection, 50,000 won per mobile phone opening on the day of the mobile phone,” and used the advertisement to make the person who has discovered the advertisement to pay the cash equivalent to 50,000 won per each mobile phone in its name. ② The Defendant opened a new mobile phone with 1 to 4 mobile phone opening in each individual’s name and opened the new mobile phone opening in each mobile phone using the IMO program “NEWELL” and sold it to the new mobile phone opening within the Republic of Korea, and ③ sell the new mobile phone opening within the scope of the mobile phone.
