Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

A. The Defendant forged a private document at a D agency located in Jinju-si, Jinju-si, on July 2, 2016.

Using an official approval color writing on the application form for LGU mobile phone, “E”, “F” in the name of the subscriber, “E” in the customer address column, “E” in Jinju G, △△△△△△△△ apartment in the applicant column, and “E” in the applicant column, and signed by the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged an application form for mobile telephone subscription in the name of E, a private document related to rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as above, delivered a forged mobile phone call call call as if it were a document duly formed, and exercised the said investigation document.

The Defendant, at the same date, at the same time and place as above, proposed the above-mentioned E resident registration certificate that was stolen by the Defendant, and led the victim I by deceiving him/her as if he/she was the above-mentioned E.

The Defendant was issued by the said I, as such, one of the mobile phone calls, the shipment of which is equivalent to KRW 275,000, from the victim’s occupation.
