Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who operates a mobile phone business store under the trade name of Yeonsu-gu B lending 104 in Incheon Metropolitan City.
The defendant purchased a copy of the foreigner's passport at KRW 20,00 per copy, forged an application form for the purchase of the pre-paid mobile phone in the foreigner's name, and added the pre-paid chip to the mobile phone terminal via the Internet to sell it after receiving the amount of KRW 50,00 per unit.
1.
