A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the head of the “B” headquarters, which is a DNA franchise business entity, and the victim C (n, 24 years old) was employed as an employee of the “D store” scheduled to open, and received education at the head office from January 14, 2019 to January 18, 2019, and first met the Defendant.

Around January 23, 2019, the Defendant had been able to talk with the employees of Jinju for the opening of the above D points.

1. The Defendant continued to get off his her panty, intending to put the victim's hand into her panty, put the victim who was seated at the bed, put the victim into the bed, put him on the bed, put him into the bed, put him on the bed, put the victim into the bed, put the victim into the bed, put him on the brush, put the victim into the brush, and boomed his sexual conduct.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by force against the victim.
