A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for fifteen years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the person to whom the attachment order was requested (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") were married with D on 2007, when the victims were married with D on 201. The victims are relatives of the defendant and the victims.

B.
