A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father of E, who is the husband of the victim D (n, 25 years old).

1. From around 08:30 on April 13, 2012 to around 10:0, the Defendant: (a) at the room of the victim located in the Defendant’s house located in Yangsan-si, F apartment, 305 406 dong 406, the Defendant: (b) reported the wall to the bed; (c) opened the wall to the bed on the part of the victim; (d) opened the victim’s shoulder; (d) opened the victim’s shoulder to the direction of the Defendant; and (e) opened the victim on his hand; and (e) prevented the victim from leaving his seat by using his/her seat; and (e) laid down his/her hand into his/her lave with his/her left hand.

Therefore, when the victim gets a sound, the victim was prevented from suffering with his hand, and the victim got a part of the defendant's kisker and let the victim get a part of the defendant's kis, and forced the victim to talk with the defendant's sexual organ.

2. On April 15, 2012, from around 12:00 to 13:00, the Defendant: (a) opened the victim in the H valley located in Yangsan City G; (b) laid down the victim’s side by the Defendant; (c) laid down the part of the Defendant; (d) laid down the part of the Defendant; and (e) laid down the victim’s fingers into the part of the Defendant by drawing the victim’s fingers, and by forceing the victim into the part of the Defendant.

3. Around 09:00 on May 9, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by compulsion by taking advantage of the victim’s defective condition, according to the victim’s inception, who was diving by enjoying the victim’s inception at the victim’s room under paragraph (1).

4. On June 8, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 08:30 on June 8, 2012, the term “I (the victim’s hereafter referred to as “I”)” to the victim who was divingd from the victim’s room under paragraph (1); and (b) made indecent act by force by force by force, by inserting his/her finger by inserting his/her fingers into the part in which the victim was suffering.

5. On June 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 09:00, at the victim’s room under Paragraph (1) of this Article; (b) on the part of the victim, the victim, who had a miscarriage of inheritance tax, was placed in the beds of the plan, with the victim’s multi-faceh hand, kids the victim’s right to a lower part; and (c) kids the victim’s hand by inserting his hand with the victim’s panty and panty; and
