【Criminal Power】 On February 13, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and six months in Seoul High Court, which became final and conclusive on February 21, 2014, and is currently under the suspended sentence.

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On February 22, 2016, the Defendant driving a small-scale car B without obtaining a driver’s license in the three-lane section from the front day of the Seoul Japanese Hospital located in Pyeongtaek-si to the front day of the same Eup/Myeon located in the same Eup/Myeon, on February 14, 2016.

On April 9, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime of April 19, 2016, the Defendant driven a B B B-type car without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 500 meters from the front day of the 1 complex of the Jeju-si in Pyeongtaek-si to the front day of the present elementary school located in the same city-si Central Road 83 at the same time.

Around 18:30 on May 5, 2016, the Defendant driven a B B B B B-type vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 100 meters from the front day of the Ansan-si Hospital located in Pyeongtaek-si to the front day of the same Eup to the front day of the 18-ro 18-lane of the same Eup.

E. The Defendant, on May 31, 2016, driven a small-scale vehicle B without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 200 meters from the front day of the internal electric power in the Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Eup to the front day of the internal middle school in the same Ri from May 31, 2016 to the front day of the internal middle school in the same Ri.
