1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:40 on December 17, 2013, the Defendant driven a CY e-sports car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.120% without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the "luteral bridge" head to the front day of the "luteral bridge" heading in Pyeongtaek-si to the front day of the same Ri.

On October 29, 2014, the Defendant, at around 00:28, 2014, driven a CEX-sports car in a section of about 700 meters from the front day of the main office located in Pyeongtaek-si, Bupyeong-gu, Eup-gu, Seoul-do, without a car driver's license, to the front day of the model house of the non-permanent apartment model located in the same city at the same time.
