A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 17:00 on August 28, 2016, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license within a four-meter radius from the front line of the Ansan-si in the Bupyeong-gu Eup, Gyeonggi-do to the 1449 front road in the same city, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do.
